The Libra dog adoption – behavior question?

This question is for anyone who has taken a pound before. I looked at a boy of 2-3 years of laboratory today in the kennels. The lady at the kennel, said his barking hyper behavior could be just the stress of the kennel. Someone who has taken a laboratory pound found this to be true.
