dog behavior dominance other dogs

When my dog plays with another dog, which is ass pasted on the face of another dog and sits on the dog's head.

I wonder if this behavior is normal or if my dog is weird. It will be playing and articulating with the other dog suddenly twists Arond and put the ass in the face of the dog and try to sit on his head. All the time come wtill back to trying to mouth the other dog. It is very funny, but I wonder if a domain (or bottom) move? I've never seen a dog before doing this.

His dogs behave in a dominant fashion. It's just normal dog language.
