how to stop aggressive behavior in my dog?

my wife warmed up then it's three dogs a man a fixed male use be well. Now we have to keep separate the constant violent behavior. I love my dog ??and do not want any of them wounded. I do not want to get rid of them either, but I can continue this. What should I do to stop this behavior? If I get the other two fixed going to help?
