How can modify the behavior of a dog-HIGH STRUNG?

Pitbull dog is a Labrador mix was found in an animal shelter in New York. Try to make sure they get enough exercise and are fed properly at regular intervals. It is a sweet animal, but more nervous than it seems appropriate to our treatment him. It's a dog inside, which is neutered.

I'm thinking you have to get out more and socialize. In general, dogs are very hyper – excited and just need more attention.
