That Cesar Millan (or other) book would be better?

I'm buying a puppy soon (been researching the breed and is planning months … probably a while yet because I'm still trying to find the right breeder with a litter coming soon) Anyway I've seen a lot of 'Dog Whisperer 'and it makes sense. I've had dogs in the past and never had major problems but I can see how Cesar techniques would work. I trust their methods. I want to do everything possible to ensure that my puppy does not have any behavioral problems and was looking for a book on the best way to introduce the puppy to me, My husband, our house cat, etc. Cesar talks about what you should do when you take home a rescue dog or an adult, but I imagine it would be something different with a the 10.08 weeks puppy. Does anyone know which (if any) Cesar touch brine books at home puppies, puppy training and socialization? If not, are there other recommend books that have a similar theory behind them?

There is something so wonderful out there! Here are some online sources:% Http://www.dogstardaily.com/files/AFTER 20Get% 20and% 20Your% 20Puppy.pdf http://www.dragonflyllama.com http://www.clickersolutions.com/articles/index.htm / 20DOGS% / % 20Dog1/levels.html For books, try Jean Donaldson culture shock, Joel Walton's Positive Puppy Training Works, anything by Pat Miller, Pam Dennison, McDevitt Leslie, Karen Pryor, Patricia McConnell, and Alexander Melissa.

          Does anyone else read this?

Have you read the book Culture Clash by J. Donaldson? If you have what is your opinion? Do you think is right about dog behavior or the way out there? I'm not sure if the book can be downloaded or not. In fact, I read the book and got it through amazon.com. Here is the website of Jean Donaldson is where you can get more information on it, and an overview of their training: http://www.jeandonaldson.com/

Jean Donaldson is great. I have not had a chance to read this book, however, I'm waiting for my copy of Scaredy Dog by Ali Brown. I have a couple of seminars Jean DVD and find the great information.

Cat aggression toward dogs, but gets along well with a dog?

I had to promote one of my cats waiting for the 3 rd feline leukemia test Cat. The breeding was a boxer dog, and the two get along. Raising a dog is sometimes responsible for his mother (also a boxer, but more scary than the house). When the dog chased the cat came up, scratched and terrorized her. If you can not control this behavior I have to find another foster. Any suggestions?

Tell him to put the cat in the room when his mother dog approaches. Sounds like the protection of the world! Hopefully this is a good omen its hardness and provide a clean test. Best of luck to you.

When I got home from hanging out with my grandmother for my mind off my dog went to sleep?

I came home and went to my room to begin to mourn again and I had a puppy and not laughing. was thanking me and crying with joy not sadness. I think I put the name Cheeky. He is a dog Golden Retriever who is 2 1 / 2 years old. He is soo cute. I have the hope of obtaining a picture of him soon. My mom brought my dog ??with her too. And she Cheeky is the ASPCA. I know I'm so good with my animals. I was wondering, if I reacted well? Oh, and did you ever owned a gold r. If so, what age had his live and is still living (how old) and what are some of the behaviors? I am inquiring about Golden Retriever. So do not say to the investigation. Thanks for answering my question veryyyy happy!

Pebbies1 I'm so happy for you. I knew everything would be fine for you. You are a charm. I love the name given is beautiful. The way he reacts is normal. Were very surprised. And no, I've never had a golden retriever. Enjoy it as you enjoyed of the latter.

Why can not I stay mad at him? This behavior is manipulative?

He piss me off and two seconds is going to want a kiss. The point is that he know I have pissed off and put on this side of the bull dog puppy sweet talk and I'm going to forget why I was mad. This is not just a matter of time until does this all the time. Maipulative is that behavior? O im ia fool for love?

he likes to get mad, because he likes to kiss and make up!

Why does my dog do this?

This is just a bit strange behavior of my dog and wonder what that means if anything. My dog barks when he wants to leave both EIT out. After a few minutes just to see if he wants, I go to the door and sits perfectly still in the top of the hill in the backyard! Why do this? Does it mean anything? He looks the area of ??the dam or just chillin so to speak? The dog in question is 7 years old, male black lab. It is rather cold out right now (25 F), but I'm not too worried about that.

He is the king of castle! I have friends whose dogs struggle to reach the top of the huge snowpile through his court, and that comes first fights the other outside, and stays there forever looking all majestic. Your dog is probably just making sure that all is good in the neighborhood! He feels "on top" of his world up there, well for him!

propose a testable hypothesis for these please:?

to propose a testable hypothesis: 1.human behavior during a full moon 2.plants absorb water through their leaves as well as through their roots 3.mice need calcium to build strong bones 4.dogs are happy when you give up meat 5.an active volcano can erupt avoid throwing a virgin in it during each full moon 6.The higher the intelligence of an animal can be tamed easily. Like you never answer. or all of them. please and thanks. read instructions.

dogs are happy when you feed them meat When dogs eat meat, their attitude becomes much more energetic, and wags its tail. Can be tested by feeding a normal dog dog food a day, observe before eating attitude, see the tail wagging during lunch, and observe the attitude after eating. The next day, safely prepare meat for the dog, and repeat the same steps. Then use the data to see if the hypothesis is correct or incorrect.
