Is this normal behavior for a cat?

My cat is a young man Aristotle very active. Sometimes it does some things that my colleagues and I would rate as foreign. Ari stare at the wall and meow. He tries to climb the wall and shake when it is not able to climb. It is also a talker and talks with the people. He also likes to roll on his back and bite my hand and my hand only if I stroke it … but ensures that I always lick after bites. We also witnessed chasing his tail like a dog. But most of the time he is a castrated man whose contents get relaxed in my lap and snuggle a once a day or less.
