My dog (Bosch) is acting weird?

I live in Florida in the USA, near where Gustav approached Hannah and I wondered if that storms may irritate it further (not the usual dose, such as storms), and lately she's been complaining a lot and trying to hide that for the first once hid under the porch is perhaps a foot off the ground. 1.
